The originator and organizer of several dozen sporting events, including:
• Poland Winter Challenge – the world’s largest winter adventure racing competition
• four times the Polish Championships in mountain running
• mountain running, m.in. Śnieżka, Chantogor’ Run, Run to Mount Trojak
• Run for Gold – twice awarded 1. place in the plebiscite on the best organizer of the mountain race in Poland (“Golden Kozica”)
• street, off-road, orienteering, canoe marathons and crossduathlon
Experienced adventure racing rider and long-distance extreme competitions – started m.in. with Piotr Hercog, Agnieszka Zych, Michał Kiełbasiński. He won the Muztagh Ata (7,546 m) and Elbrus (5642 m). Survival and canoeing instructor. He completed courses of sailor, motorboat skipper and rock climbing. Founder and President of the Family Challenge Foundation, member of the Polish Adventure Club. Expert in sports marketing, development strategy and brand management. Business coach.

Katarzyna Czech-Załubska

Long-time organizer of sports events and cross-country competitions. Head of the competition office during a dozen mountain, street and orientation races played throughout Poland. ZHP instructor, organizer of camps for children and young people

Maciej Załubski

A passionate running. Participant of many domestic and foreign street runs, including the largest Polish half marathons. Co-organizer of dozens of street and mountain runs. Related to the tourism industry.

Monika Ekert

For nearly 15 years, she has been a volunteer, social activist and organizer of rehabilitation courses for children and young people with disabilities "Cieciorka". Coordinator of a series of workshops for people with disabilities, implemented as part of the project "Workshops at Agata" co-financed by PFRON (2017). She graduated from the "Two Sectors – One Vision" leadership program organised by PricewaterhouseCoopers (2017-2018) and participated in numerous courses, including coordinating volunteer work. Graduate of postgraduate studies "Modern communication in marketing".

Marzena Jopek

Co-organizer of rehabilitation courses for children and young people with disabilities "Cieciorka". Volunteer during a series of workshops for people with disabilities and at the Family Challenge Foundation.
